3 Bedroom Boathouse The boathouse will have you feeling like you've never left home!! 3 bedroom, 2 bath standalone house with great lake views! Rate includes 6 adults. $10 each additional person 6 years and over (sleeps 10 max) The Large master suite has double French door entry off of living room, King size bed, wardrobe armoire, large sitting chair with ottoman, flat screen TV, dimmable lighting and a large bathroom with antique double sink, jetted spa tub, separate stand-up shower and enclosed private stool. bath towels provided2nd bedroom has a queen size bed as well as a set of bunk beds for the kids. 3rd bedroom has a queen bed, sitting chair with lamp table great for quiet reading. There is also a second bathroom that has a stand up shower, sink and stool. It is adjacent to bedroom 2 & 3 which are located at opposite end of house from master Suite. Also has a TV room with sofa and loveseat as well as large TV, this room is great for kids to hook up their game stations or watch cartoons on Direct TV while the adults are in the next room! Main Living room has a queen size sleeper sofa, gas fireplace, two recliners and great view with three large picture windows facing the lake. Open floor plan, Farm style kitchen with double oven, dishwasher, microwave, cooktop, and coffee bar. Large farm table, and bar to seat 10 total.
